How It Works:

1. Provide Your Details: When purchasing, enter your "date of birth" and "gender" in the shopping cart page. This helps us deliver a more accurate design and calculation.  
2. Customization Options: If the default hand circumference options do not match your size, simply provide your hand circumference on the shopping cart page, and we will customize it for you. You can also share any "specific preferences" (e.g., preferred colors or types of crystals) and we will incorporate them into your bracelet design.  
3. Design Approval: After receiving your order, we will send you the confirmation emails for your bracelet within  5 working days. Please ensure the email address on your order page is correct.  
4. Confirmation & Support: If you do not receive the design email within 5 working days, please contact us at support@charistal.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
