Shipping, Delivery and Returns

All orders above $150 get FREE Ground shipping. The shipping cost for international orders varies based on the destination. Customers are required to collect their packages from the nearest customs facility and are responsible for any applicable duty fees, which will be determined at the time of pickup. 
We process your orders within one business day. Please keep in mind that order processing times may vary based on the volume of orders we receive, current stock levels, and other factors. Our shipping usually takes 10-14 business days, depending on your location. During peak shopping periods, processing time may take longer.  For customized items, additional time is required to ensure each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to perfection. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification with tracking details once it has been shipped. 
Shipping costs for international orders depend on the destination, and package weight. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders from the nearest customs facility and covering any applicable duty fees, which will be determined upon collection. Delivery times for international shipments typically range from 2 to 3 weeks. While we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, once your package leaves our facility, transit times are beyond our control.
The checkout total does not include any additional required duties, which the carrier will inform customers about. If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure of whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
All orders (except sale items, earrings, and our personal customized) can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 15 days with proof of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping cost is not included. Sale items are non-refundable. Our personal customize cannot be refunded, because is a private personal item. To protect your shopping experience, non-quality problems are not returned or exchanged. But if you receive a sale item or personal customized has quality problems, you can contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods to deal with after-sales.
Go to our webisite and log in your account. IN our contact us page, you can fill out the form and submit it. Once you finish the form, our customer service team will review the request and contact you via email. And you will receive instruction and a shipping addresss to send it back.
No, they are not. And return shipping cost is not included by us. However, if our products have any quality issues, we will cover shipping cost for our customers.
If you receive an item is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately. All quality issue must be reported to our customer service team within 5 days when you receive your package.
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase. Returns do take us 1-3 business days to process. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
